Aeron Chair Product Warranty
The Aeron chair is covered under warranty for a 12 year period regardless of the length of time the chair is used during the day. In the unlikely event you have a problem with the chair you can simply call us and describe the problem (we may ask for a photograph if a particular part of the chair is faulty) and we’ll arrange for an engineer to visit your location and remedy the chair for you.
The chair’s Pellicle is covered by a 5 year warranty and the gas-lift for a 3 year period.
